Well first off I would like to thank you for dropping in to take a look at the rantings of someone who has an opinion as does everyone else. The reason for the name is simple I feel that what I think is the truth (at this moment). I do have a few goals in mind for what I am doing here first and foremost is to just share with anyone who is willing to listen. A receptive audience is much nicer than a captive one. I also hope that I in some way may be able to teach someone something or help them gain knowledge by researching my thoughts more thoroughly. Lastly but certainly not least is I hope and look forward to learning through your interaction whether you agree or disagree. I will be posting my blogs on here hopefully every Friday. I will also have a link to my YouTube account and down the road a podcast(yeah big dreams right). We have gotten the formalities out-of-the-way I think it is time to get this thing started… “LET’S ROLL.”
“Let’s roll”… What does that phrase me to you? What images does it conjure up in your mind? Does it still elicit any emotion? There is a reason I started this new journey on 9/9/11 (God I hate those numbers together). The 10yr anniversary of a day that changed the face of this nation is upon us and I am forced again to look back. The Tuesday that was just another day in the life of so many became the defining day of a generation. The shockwave that rang throughout the world is still being felt today. I like so many others were all for bombing the hell out of them. I now want to know who “them” were. We still have our young men dying in a “war” against a people not a nation. Why do our leaders feel that we need to be the police for all nations? We had “The Warmonger Bush” all gung-ho to go in and clean house. The only thing that even came close to being cleaned out was the wallet of this nation. Fast forward 10yrs “The Savior Obama” has started another damn war in Libia without ending either of the other two WTH? Sure we have killed Saddam and Bin Laden but what else has been accomplished? I know one thing this wasn’t a “blood for oil” war the way all the morally conscious peace-loving lefties said, hell if it was I wouldn’t be spending a quarter of my wages on fuel. Why should we trust the federal government to take care of problems in other countries when they can’t do one simple thing like rebuilding The World Trade Center in our own country? There has been so much waste put into the new construction on the WTC and it is because the gov’t is in charge of it. 7 World Trade Center took a grand total of 2 yrs and 7 months to build. I say it sounds like maybe private industry should have been in charge of the whole thing. How is history going to view this whole time that we live in now? Will it be viewed as the Civil War is today? Will we see the infringement of an individuals rites the way we view the infringement of the states rights today? Will it be for the betterment of all? I hope to hell not! Will it be viewed as WWII which would have never happened if not for the way WWI was handled? What about WTC and Pearl Harbour, will they be recognized as children of the same father? I hope all these questions are answered by my son’s generation because I have lost almost all hope in mine. There lies the heart of my writing of this. What are we going to do to take back what so many have died for and so many others thought they were dying for? Deep in the heart of this country of ours is a great nation screaming to be set free and return to its once great glory. Will we continue to allow those who only look out for the ones who votes they buy continue to ruin what was handed over to us for safe-keeping? I myself say HELL NO!!!! I am tired of seeing greedy and slothful people decide who runs this country. The time has come “We will hang together or we will hang separately.”
